Refresh or replace?
Review what already has recognition before deciding whether to refine a logo or create a new identity.
Design · Branding & Identity
Before anyone reads a word about you, they've already judged how you look. A sharp, consistent brand earns trust in an instant — a weak one quietly costs you customers you'll never know you lost. We build complete brand identities that make people take you seriously.
The problem we solve
Branding is where Raaxo began. Our freelance design roots go back to 2007; the company was founded in 2015, and we've created brand identities since — so this isn't a service we added on, it's our foundation. Everything else we build is shaped by that designer's eye.
A real brand is more than a logo. It's the whole impression you leave — your logo, colours, typography, and the consistent way it all comes together across your website, your app, your print, your social media. When it's done right, you look established and trustworthy everywhere a customer meets you. When it's patchy, you look smaller and less sure than you really are.
We build complete identities that work in the real world — not just a pretty logo file that falls apart the moment you try to use it. You get a brand you can apply confidently, anywhere, for years.

What we can build together
Choose the work that solves the problem. Your proposal defines the deliverables, integrations and responsibilities included.
A distinctive logo, designed to last — not a trend that dates in a year
A full identity: colours, typography, and how they work together
Brand guidelines so your look stays consistent everywhere
Assets ready for web, app, print, and social — in the formats you'll actually use
A look shaped by experience creating brand identities since 2007
Design that carries through into anything else we build for you
Who it’s for
Before you commit
The practical decisions belong in the open. Discuss these before settling the scope and quote.
Review what already has recognition before deciding whether to refine a logo or create a new identity.
List website, app, signage, documents and social assets. A logo-only scope and a full identity system are different projects.
Agree editable files, export formats, usage guidelines and review rounds so your team and vendors can apply the identity.
Deliverables and review stages. Data and account access. Ownership and third-party fees. Handover, training and post-launch support. Agree what is included and what is separate.
How we work together
You work with the people doing the work. Scope, reviews and handover are part of the conversation from the beginning.
Map the current process, the people involved and what needs to improve.
A clear scope and prioritiesReview the direction and key flows before committing to implementation.
An agreed directionReview work at each stage, resolve questions early and check it against the scope.
Work you can reviewPrepare the documentation and training your team needs. Agree the support arrangements.
A handover your team can useComplete branding. A logo on its own rarely holds a brand together — we design the full identity: logo, colours, typography, and clear guidelines for using it all consistently. You end up with a brand you can apply confidently everywhere, not just a single image file.
Our design roots go back to freelance work in 2007; Raaxo was founded in 2015, and we've created brand identities since. It's not a side service we bolted on; it's our foundation. That experience shows in work that's considered, distinctive, and built to last.
Yes — and that's a real advantage of working with us. Because we also build websites, apps and software, your brand carries through into everything cleanly, instead of being handed to a separate team that doesn't know it. It all stays consistent.
Often, yes. If your logo still works, we can build a fuller identity around it. If it's genuinely holding you back, we'll tell you honestly and show you what a refresh could do — but the decision is always yours.
