Tax & Compliance

A practice platform built for a tax and compliance firm.

SRK Services knew exactly what they needed: a CRM and accounting system with a client portal, built for the realities of tax and compliance work. We brought it to life — and now their whole practice runs on it.

The challenge

What they were up against.

After six years in tax services, SRK Services had outgrown generic tools. Tax work, PF, ESI and other compliances each have their own rhythms and requirements, and off-the-shelf software simply wasn't built for how their practice operates. They needed a system that fit their industry — not one they'd have to bend around.

Just as importantly, their clients wanted visibility — to see where their work stood without having to call and ask.

Our approach

How we handled it.

We listened to exactly how the practice handles its work, then designed a platform around it: a CRM and accounting system with a client portal, shaped for tax and compliance from the ground up. The design followed the industry's real needs, not a one-size-fits-all assumption.

A key part was the client portal — giving SRK's own clients a live window into their work progress, anytime, which builds trust and cuts down on back-and-forth.

A CRM and accounting system built for a tax and compliance practice

Handling of tax services, PF, ESI and other compliances in one place

A client portal where their clients see work progress live

A platform designed around the industry's real workflows

The outcome

SRK now handles tax services, PF, ESI and other compliances entirely from their portal — and their clients can see their work progress live, anytime they want.
